Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. 

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all purchases made at www.steadyreach.net are non-refundable or exchangeable once downloaded.

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, please contact [email protected] immediately. 

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was submitted.
